How to prepare Iced Matcha Latte
- Sift 3g (1 tsp) of matcha into a bowl.
- Add 40g (~3 tbsp) of water at 170°-175°F.
- Whisk in an “M” motion until frothy.
- (Optional) Whisk in sweetener, to taste.
- Add ice and 120g (½ cup) of your favorite milk into a glass.
- Pour the whisked matcha over the milk.
- Stir well and enjoy!
