How do I store my matcha?
We recommend storing matcha in an airtight, opaque container in a cool, dry, dark place. We avoid exposing it to light, heat, moisture, oxygen, and strong odors, as these can quickly degrade its flavor. We also recommend refrigerating only if it’s tightly sealed to prevent odor absorption.
What are the health benefits of matcha?
Matcha is full of antioxidants and L-Theanine, giving you calm, sustained energy without the crash. Its catechins, like Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG), are linked to reducing inflammation and supporting overall heart health.
What is your return policy?
For food safety reasons, consumable items such as our matcha are not eligible for returns.
However, if you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us at hello@chalantmatcha.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will help resolve the issue.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order within 3-5 business days of your purchase.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Where is your matcha from?
We source our matcha from Uji, Japan, a region world-renowned for its high-quality, shade-grown tea leaves and centuries-old tea-making traditions. Our partner farms use careful cultivation and stone-milling techniques to produce vibrant, flavorful ceremonial-grade matcha.
How long does matcha last?
We recommend consuming within 1-2 months of opening.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer a $6.50 flat shipping rate within the USA. Shipping is free on orders over $75.
