Please note that for food safety reasons, consumable food items such as our matcha tea powder are not eligible for returns.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we're here to make it right.

What to do:

  • Contact us at hello@chalantmatcha.com within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

  • Provide your order number and details

Chalant Matcha will review your case and determine the best solution, which may include a full refund or store credit.
